AvidStats is a plugin based statistics software. It was designed to allow for multiple log formats.

The software is now in initial devellopment stage, and is the result, so far, of a weekend of work.

Configure

AvidStats, so far, only uses one special log format, that I called avidweblog. This log format have the same fields as the usual combined log format, with an extra field for the hostname.

You can activate this log format on apache, with:


LogFormat "%{Host}i # %h # %l # %u # %t # %r # %>s # %b # %{Referer}i # %{User-Agent}i" avidweblog

CustomLog /path/to/logs/accesslog avidweblog
